If your partner were to “emotionally” cheat on you — that is, have feelings for someone else, but not necessarily do anything physical — how would you react? A new study suggests that your gender could play a role in how you respond.

The study, published last month in the journal Archives of Sexual Behavior, looked at why people of different genders and sexual orientations became jealous in their relationships. To do so, the researchers surveyed nearly 64,000 people through (what used to be) msnbc.com about their past and present relationships. Participants were also asked whether it would be more distressing to have a partner cheat on them physically (having sex with someone else without falling in love) or emotionally (falling in love with someone else without having sex). Russia moves nuclear-capable missiles to NATO doorstep: Poland and Lithuania express concern as Russia deploys nuclear-capable ballistic missiles to Kaliningrad on Baltic Sea.

Lithuania and Poland have expressed concerns as Russia confirmed the deployment of nuclear-capable Iskander missiles into its Kaliningrad outpost that borders the two NATO members.

The Polish government reacted angrily to Russia’s move, calling it “very alarming”, while Lithuanian officials said it could breach an international nuclear weapons treaty.

Linas Linkevicius, Lithuania’s foreign minister, said on Saturday  that Russia was using the deployment ” to seek concessions from the West”. Moscow’s move came  amid heightened  tensions  between Russia and western countries over Syria. (more…)

Ford EcoSport Signature Edition launched in India at Rs 9.26 lakh

To celebrate the festive season and help boost sales of the Ford EcoSport, the carmaker has launched a special edition of the compact SUV at Rs 9.26 lakh. This special edition is called the Signature edition and gets some cosmetic changes and new features.

The new Signature edition is based on the EcoSport’s Titanium Black variant. It gets additional accessories of Rs 37,894 including fitment and painting charges. The sporty look of the car is jacked up with the help of new bumper appliques. Apart from the standard LED DRLs in the headlights, there is an additional array of LED lamps below the fog lamp bezel. Kawasaki Z800 limited edition launched in India

India Kawasaki Motors has introduced a limited edition model of the Z800 for the Indian market. Priced at Rs 7.50 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), only 10 units will be sold in India.

This limited edition model gets black and blue paint scheme, which looks pretty good on this naked motorcycle.

The fuel tank and the tail section has a mix of both the colour, whereas the bikini fairing gets an additional red stripe. On the side too, the Z800 gets a tiny red decal. (more…)

Tariff Wars: Airtel Is Now Giving Three Months Of Unlimited Data For 4G Users

In an effort to take on competition from Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, India’s largest telecom operator, is giving its pre-paid 4G customers three months of unlimited data for ₹1,494.

The offer is reportedly only available in Delhi, but will be rolled out elsewhere over the next few days, according to media reports. Airtel is reportedly offering 30 gigabytes of data at 4G speeds. (more…)
