Tata Hexa
The Hexa is basically a grown up, more stylish looking version of the older Aria. It was shown to us most recently at the 2016 Indian Auto Expo and although its launch has been delayed to early 2017 as of now, it is because Tata Motors is working on a new engine so that the Hexa will not be affected by the ongoing diesel ban.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno RS
The Baleno was one of the biggest hits that Maruti Suzuki has had in recent times. As a result, the company is looking to bring out a hot hatch version of the car to appeal to keen drivers. The Baleno RS is expected to go on sale in September with a 1.0 litre, 110 bhp Boosterjet engine under its bonnet.

New Toyota Fortuner
When launched in India for the first time a few years ago, the Fortuner wowed its buyers with its impressive size, powerful engines and off-road prowess. The new one will be even better in every single department. The new Fortuner is already on sale in some international markets and will arrive in Indian showrooms around the month of October this year.

Renault Kwid AMT
The highlight of the Kwid was undoubtedly its affordable cost. Now, Renault is set to make things even more cheerful for new entry-level car buyers. In another month of two, the company will launch a more powerful version of the Kwid (powered by a 1.0 litre motor); the best part about this car is that it will be equipped with an AMT automatic, thus bringing convenience motoring within reach of those on a budget.

Hyundai Tucson
When Hyundai brings the new Tucson SUV to Indian shores later this year, it will be positioned above the Creta and below the Santa Fe. Although unconfirmed, the vehicle is expected to be powered by either a 1.7 litre or a 2.0 litre diesel engine and offer both manual and automatic gearbox options. The Tucson will be crammed full of features as well, as is the case with all modern Hyundai vehicles.

Tata Kite5
The Kite 5 will be the latest sub 4 metre compact sedan from Tata Motors. It has been developed to replace the Indigo eCS and will be powered either by a 1.2 litre, 84 bhp, Revotron engine or a 1.05 litre, 69 bhp, Revotorq engine. The company had showcased a near-production ready model at the 2016 Indian Auto Expo; so we presume the Kite5 will go on sale in the next few months.

Honda Civic
Car enthusiasts in India flipped for the Honda Civic when it first went on sale in India a little over a decade ago. This new, 10th generation model is even more striking and better equipped. Honda could potentially bring the new Civic to India sometime early next year and, if priced right, it could shake up the entire segment.
